Hey CO,

There will be updates coming soon on the latest announcements, regarding the chingay performance and the SCH Reharsals. Dont worry about next week thur practice, we will confirm by this coming thur whether or not there will be practice.

In addition, we would like to remind everyone about producing letters/mc on days that you are absent from CCA:

1. If you are unable to attend CCA on that day due to valid reasons, please produce a letter stating the reason being and with your parents' signature on it.

2. If you are sick on that day, please have a copy of your mc.

3. If you have to leave the CCA halfway through, you must produce a letter too, stating the reason being. Normally, you would have known a week ago that you have to leave early, so please tell your sls about it and remind them again on the actual day.
In your letter, please include your reason for leaving early, the time that you have to leave and lastly your parents' signature.

All letters are to be given to Rae or Yu Ting within 2 weeks. Please take the initiative to give it to them.

Next, please be punctual for ALL CCA days. 2.45pm for Tuesday & Thursday. 11.45pm for Saturday. Sec4s please try to rush down after your remedial lessons.
