Leave Early
- valid excuse is required.
- leave before 5pm --> absent
  leave after 5pm --> present

Absent
- valid excuse is required
- inform SL or tell Clarissa

Late
- valid excuse required
- inform SL or tell Clarissa
For situations like, stomach ache, diarhoea, help teacher, consultation,
- GRACE TIME: 15 MINUTES BEFORE CCA COMMENCES
- eg. sms SL or Clarissa while in the washroom

*valid excuse - parent's letter with signature, hardcopy of parent's email to the teacher in charge, MC, photocopy of letter from the musical examination organisation, photocopy of passport if you were overseas (page with your personal info, and the page with the custom stamp)

CCA starts at 3.15pm for Dazu, and 3.30pm for Xiaozu! Don't be late!
