For those who want to take grade through the school, 

Please email me at kimsan_1995@hotmail.com, where your email should include your:

1. Name (both English and Chinese)

2. NRIC number

3. Date of Birth

4. Email address

5. Instrument

6. Grade number of which you are opting for

Your emails will be replied after they are received for confirmation

Thus, for early bird payment, emails received after 29 August 2010, 2359h, will not be entertained.

The last row is meant for Diploma
