HCJC CO INTERACTION! :D

hi guys! :D

there will be the annual hcjc co interaction held this saturday, 21 november at hcjc :D sec 2s and 3s are allowed to go :D as there will be no consent forms given out, everyone is required to do this:

1. 1 parent has to type an email to certify that they allow you to go for this interaction.
2. Send this email to mdm suah jun, wu lao shi, yuting and xueshi :D
3. Print out this email and get your parents to sign on it. Bring it along on saturday and pass to yuting/xueshi :D
4. Please follow the standardized format for the email (:
Under "Subject" in email: Full name, class and HCJC CO Interaction.

your SLs will contact y'all (only sec2s and 3s allowed to go). but if y'all dont get informed, you can contact your SLs and tell them you wanna go :D and do the above (:

we will post details like time and what to bring asap :D check for blog frequently for these details as we will be posting the details here! :D

/EDIT:
it is a MUST to send the emails of parental consents to the presidents and teachers. please do print the hard copy and have your parents signed them. it will act as "entry proof" on saturday itself and if you forgot to bring there is a high chance that you guys wont be allowed to participate in this event.

please send in the emails by TUESDAY, 17/11. Emails wont be accepted after 5pm.
